Fantastic vintage 50 wiggle dress in black crepe. Short sleeves, metal zipper in back, and a cute rolled waist with two little bows in front. No Label. This dress is still very cute but does have issues, thus being in my scratch and dent section. Please see below.
Good to fair vintage condition. Structurally this dress is very sound. No real holes or tears. But it does have some issues. First it seems like it must have shrunk at some point because the lining seems too big for the dress. The dress is most likely a rayon and we all know what washing rayon can do, and I suspect that’s what happened here. It pokes out of the sleeves and hangs below the hem. Someone with better seamstress skills than I could fix this I am absolutely certain, by hemming the lining shorter and resewing the sleeve lining inside. Other than that, there is a loose seam at the neck, just an inch or so. There is also this odd fabric fade effect on various places. It makes it look like there are some tiny white dots, I don’t know how to describe it better than that. I should think a black dye would cover all of that easily. Otherwise its a darling little dress with a lot of life and love in it! Priced accordingly, of course.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
