Beautiful vintage black ribbon dress circa late 1940s or early 1950s. Wiggle style with criss cross bands of narrow ribbon. Beautifully detailed neckline. Cap sleeves. darts at the bust and a few pleats at the waist. Small shoulder pads. Feels like a silk blend or rayon to me. Has a side metal zipper. Medium to smaller large size, I’d say. Unlined. No label.
Excellent vintage condition. Apart from some color fade ( to the ribbon only, the base is fine) in the armpits and on one side of the neckline, the only thing to note is a lack of bottom hem. Either the hem came completely out, or ( more likely) someone cut it to shorten it and then left it unhemmed. I’ve chosen to not hem it so that whomever buys this can hem it to their desired length.

Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
