All elastics are sourced locally, and the knit elastic is made right here in the USA in my home town. Please read the bullet point FAQs below before placing your order as these will answer the most commonly asked questions. Please select which you would like when you add to your cart.
*Yes, I have this in stock and ready to ship. I am not listing anything that I do not currently have in my studio.
*Listing is for FIVE yards. Orders for more will be shipped as continuous yardage. However, in order to avoid any waste during this shortage, if we get to the end of a roll we will tie the ends together to a new roll to complete your total amount
*I’ve been able to stay at about 1 day or even same day shipping currently but that may change. Due to high demand, expect up to 3 business days to ship out.
*My lead time does not include actual time in transit as that’s determined by USPS, not me. USPS is running a little slower than usual due to the Covid 19 crisis, please allow an extra few days beyond what Etsy is estimating, to receive your order.
*I have a mix of both braided and knit and will ship based on availability. Braided is a thicker stiffer elastic. Knit is softer and stretches more. If you order two colors you may get one of either. They are both of good quality, they are just different types.
*Note that free shipping applies to First class only and only in the USA.
*Due to the hygienic use this is being put to use for ( covid-19 masks), I cannot accept returns on this item. Thank you for your understanding.

Note: Orders containing multiple items will have a separate processing time for each item.
Prior to shipment, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly before sending the items. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
